8th MARCH: INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

8th March is International Women’s Day. The idea of this celebration comes late nineteenth century, in times of industrial growth,but the claim for equality of women has been present throughout history. We find women that have fought for recognition of their rights, from ancient Greece, French Revolution, World War I, to this day. It is a time to reflect on progress made and to call for change.
